DeepSIM of neurobiological samples

The virtual demo will showcase the new CrestOptics DeepSIM combined with X-light V3 spinning disk and demonstrate how it can help researchers to obtain truly meaningful and contextualized super-resolved deep data inside brain sections (over 100μm thick). Moreover, you will appreciate how two-fold enhanced spatial resolution can be obtained also from low magnification objectives to expand the range of applications to include complex 3D models such as tissues, spheroids, organoids, and small organisms.
